To provide a simply-configured low-cost endoscope holding device with a wide movable operation range of a holding part when positioning an endoscope.SOLUTION: An endoscope holding device 1 holds a soft tube 102 at a prescribed position on a surgical bed B for positioning an insertion part 103 against an operative region. The device includes: a fixing pipe 2 vertically attached to the surgical bed B in a detachable manner; a connection member 3 freely attachable to a vertical position around the fixing pipe 2 in an adjustable manner; a rail support member 4 pivotally supported by the connection member 3 at an adjustable inclination angle against the surgical bed B; a movable block 6 fixable and movable along the rail support member 4; a movable multijoint arm 7 attached to the movable block 6; and a clamp member 8 attached to the movable multijoint arm 7 and capable of holding and releasing the soft tube 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】内視鏡の位置決めに当たって、保持部の移動操作範囲が大きく、構造簡易で安価に得られる内視鏡保持装置を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡保持装置１は、挿入部１０３を術部に対して位置決めするために軟性管１０２を手術台Ｂ上の所定位置に保持する。手術台Ｂに着脱自在に垂直に取付けられる固定パイプ２と、これに軸回り位置及び上下位置を調節固定自在に取り付けられる接続部材３と、これに枢支され手術台Ｂに対する起伏角度を調節固定自在に設けられるレール支持部材４と、これに沿って移動固定自在の移動ブロック６と、これに取り付けられる自在多関節アーム７と、これに取り付けられ、軟性管１０２を把持解放自在のクランプ部材８とを具備する。【選択図】図１
