To provide a management device that facilitates design for a program by a designer other than a facility user and facility manager and confirmation of design data of the designer by the facility user.SOLUTION: In a management device 104 of a calculation management system 100, a management section 105 acquires reservation information output from a processing device 101, identifies a facility to be a place reserved from the acquired reservation information and facility information of a facility/instrument information storage section 106, acquires the facility information and instrument information of identified facility from the facility/instrument information storage section 106 on the basis of identification result, and outputs the facility information and instrument information to a processing device 102. A simulation environment forming section 109 allows a processing device 103 to execute a simulation of a program scheduled to be performed.
