Summary: | To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding performance prediction method enabling quick and precise prediction of an electromagnetic wave shielding performance of an electromagnetic wave shielding resin formed by mixing stainless fibers with a resin, and electromagnetic wave shielding resin selection method using the electromagnetic wave shielding performance prediction method.SOLUTION: There is provided an electromagnetic wave shielding performance prediction method for predicting an electromagnetic wave shielding performance of an electromagnetic wave shielding resin formed by mixing stainless fibers with a resin, the method includes: an imaging step of imaging the electromagnetic wave shielding resin with X rays thereby acquiring an X-ray image; an image analysis step of recognizing, in the X-ray image, images of a lump portion where a plurality of conductive fibers are entangled into a lump, a single fiber portion where the conductive fibers are present as single fibers, and a resin portion that is the resin; and a calculation step of predicting the electromagnetic wave shielding performance SE based on a prediction formula from a standard deviation σ of a degree of area envelope of the conductive fibers of the single fiber portions and a filling rate F of the conductive fibers to the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】樹脂にステンレス繊維を混合してなる電磁波遮蔽樹脂の電磁波遮蔽性能を迅速に、かつ正確に予測することが可能な電磁波遮蔽性能予測方法、およびこれを用いた電磁波遮蔽樹脂選別方法を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂に導電性繊維を混合してなる電磁波遮蔽樹脂の電磁波遮蔽性能を予測する電磁波遮蔽性能予測方法であって、前記電磁波遮蔽樹脂をX線で撮像してX線画像を得る撮像工程と、前記X線画像において、前記導電性繊維が複数絡まって塊になった塊状部分、前記導電性繊維が単繊維として存在する単繊維部分、および前記樹脂である樹脂部分を画像認識する画像解析工程と、前記単繊維部分の前記導電性繊維の面積包絡度の標準偏差σ、および前記樹脂に対する前記導電性繊維の充填率Fから予測式に基づいて電磁波遮蔽性能SEを予測する算出工程を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
