To provide an electric pump having a breather which is difficult to receive influences of external force.SOLUTION: An electric pump 100 comprises motor, a pump mechanism, a control substrate, a motor housing, and a substrate housing 60. The substrate housing 60 has a lower case, and an upper case 70. The upper case 70 has: a component housing part 73 projecting to an upper side with respect to a peripheral edges 72 of the upper case 70, and having a housing recess part on a lower face side; one or more first ribs 131a, b, c, d extending toward the peripheral edges 72 of the upper case 70 from a side face of the component housing part 73; a through hole penetrating through the upper case 70 in an upward and downward direction; and a breather 120 arranged in the through hole.
