To provide a polyisocyanate composition that has excellent solubility in weak solvent and can yield a coating film having excellent physical property.SOLUTION: In a polyisocyanate composition that contains a reaction product of pentamethylene diisocyanate and a long-chain monoalcohol having 8 or more carbon atoms and less than 20 carbon atoms, and contains an isocyanurate group, the polyisocyanate composition contains an isocyanurate 1 nucleus containing 3 molecule pentamethylene diisocyanate, and the content ratio of the isocyanurate 1 nucleus is 5 mass% or more and 35 mass% or less for the total amount of the polyisocyanate composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】弱溶剤に対する溶解性に優れ、物性に優れた塗膜を得られるポリイソシアネート組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ペンタメチレンジイソシアネートと、炭素数８以上２０未満の長鎖モノアルコールとの反応生成物を含み、イソシアヌレート基を含有するポリイソシアネート組成物において、ポリイソシアネート組成物は、３分子のペンタメチレンジイソシアネートを含有するイソシアヌレート１核体を含み、イソシアヌレート１核体の含有割合が、前記ポリイソシアネート組成物の総量に対して、５質量％以上３５質量％以下である。【選択図】なし
