Summary: | To provide a cell culture device capable of constructing easily, a compact living body imitation system, performing cell culture in a long term, and facilitating observation of a condition of alive cells, and analyzing functions of cells.SOLUTION: A cell culture device 100 comprises: a channel device 1 having a perfusion channel; a culture chip 2; and a pump 20. The culture chip 2 comprises: a cell culture part on which cells are cultured; an introduction part for introducing liquid into the cell culture part from the perfusion channel; and a derivation part for guiding the liquid having passed through the cell culture part to the perfusion channel. The pump 20 returns the liquid to the perfusion channel. The channel device 1 comprises: a liquid storage part 14 for storing liquid; and a chip holding part 5 for holding the culture chip 2. The perfusion channel is formed into a loop shape which comprises: a supply channel for introducing liquid from the liquid storage part 14, and being coupled to the introduction part; a derivation channel for being coupled to the derivation part for deriving liquid to the pump; and a return channel for returning the liquid from the pump to the liquid storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンパクトな生体模倣システムを容易に構築でき、長期間の細胞培養を行いながら、簡易に生きた細胞の様子の観察や、細胞の機能等の解析に対応できる細胞培養装置を提供する。【解決手段】細胞培養装置100は、灌流流路が形成された流路デバイス1と、培養チップ2と、ポンプ20とを備える。培養チップ2は、細胞が培養される細胞培養部、灌流流路から液を細胞培養部に導入する導入部、および、細胞培養部を経た液を灌流流路に導く導出部を備える。ポンプ20は、液を灌流流路に流す。流路デバイス1は、液が貯留される液貯留部14と、培養チップ2を保持するチップ保持部5とを有する。灌流流路は、液貯留部14から液を導入する流路であって、導入部に接続される供給流路と、導出部に接続されポンプに液を導出する導出流路と、ポンプからの液を液貯留部に返送する返送流路と、を有するループ状に形成されている。【選択図】図2 |
