【課題】より好適なFe−Si系のSi含有負極活物質を提供する。【解決手段】Si、FeSi2及び炭素を含有し、前記FeSi2に関して、CuKαを用いた粉末X線回折測定において、29°付近に観測されるβ−FeSi2のピーク高さに対する38°付近に観測されるα−FeSi2のピーク高さの比が1以下であり、29°付近に観測されるβ−FeSi2のピークの半値幅が0.5°以上である負極活物質。【選択図】なし |
