Summary:To provide an engine room heat exhaust structure that can accelerate heat-exhaust in an engine room and prevent overheating of a driving force transmission mechanism arranged at a lower rear side of an engine.SOLUTION: An engine room heat exhaust structure, which exhausts heat from an engine room, comprises: the engine room that stores an engine in which cylinder rows are arranged in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle; a wheel house that is provided outside in a vehicle width direction of the engine room; an exhaust purification device that is arranged between the engine and the wheel house; a splash shield that shields infiltration of water from the wheel house into the engine room; and an ejection part at a site closer to a rear side than the exhaust purification device of the splash shield, in order to eject some of air for cooling having cooled the exhaust purification device into the wheel house.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】エンジンルーム内の排熱を促進させることができると共に、エンジン下部後側に配置された駆動力伝達機構の過熱を防ぐことができるエンジンルーム排熱構造を提供すること。【解決手段】車両の前後方向に気筒列が並んだエンジンが収容されたエンジンルームと、エンジンルームの車幅方向外側に設けられたホイールハウスと、エンジンとホイールハウスの間に配設された排気浄化装置と、ホイールハウスからエンジンルームへの水の侵入を遮断するスプラッシュシールドを備え、エンジンルームからの排熱を行うためのエンジンルーム排熱構造において、排気浄化装置を冷却した冷却用空気の一部をホイールハウス内に排出するために、スプラッシュシールドの排気浄化装置よりも後方の部位に排出部を有する。【選択図】図1
