Summary:To secure a wide storage space in a battery pack without making its outer shape large.SOLUTION: A battery pack comprises: one or more secondary battery cells 1; a circuit board 4 mounted with a circuit connected electrically to the secondary battery cells 1; a holder part 20 including a space defined with one or more wall parts 8 as a storage space 9 and having one surface, communicating with the storage space 9, opened; a cover part 26 connected to the wall parts 8 to close the opening part of the holder part 20; and an outer package label 3 stuck on surfaces of the holder part 20 and the cover part 26 with the opening part of the holder part 20 closed with the cover part 26.
