Summary:To support management of the suitability of capacity utilization rate.SOLUTION: Manufacturing past record information is stored which is the information as a past record showing execution time of each process for each product input into a manufacturing system. A support system calculates a residence increase speed for each time in each process on the basis of the manufacturing past record information. In each process, the residence increase speed is an increment per unit time of residence frequency. The support system shows an overhead chart of a manufacturing state. The overhead chart is a chart constituted of a temporal axis (an axis corresponding to time) and a process axis (an axis orthogonal to temporal axis and corresponding to process). A display mode of each position in the overhead chart depends on whether the residence increase speed corresponding to the time and process applied to the position is a negative value, zero or a positive value and a difference between the residence increase speed and a speed reference value (a reference value of residence increase speed).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】設備稼働率の適切性の管理を支援する。【解決手段】製造システムに投入された製品毎に各工程の実施時刻を示す実績としての情報である製造実績情報が蓄積される。支援システムが、当該製造実績情報に基づいて、各工程について、時刻毎の滞留増加速度を算出する。各工程について、「滞留増加速度」は、滞留数の単位時間当たりの増加量である。支援システムは、製造状況の俯瞰チャートを表示する。俯瞰チャートは、時間軸(時間に対応した軸)と工程軸(時間軸に直交した軸であり工程に対応した軸)とで構成されたチャートである。俯瞰チャートにおける各位置の表示態様は、当該位置に該当する時刻及び工程に対応した滞留増加速度が負の値、ゼロ及び正の値のいずれであるかと、当該滞留増加速度と速度基準値(滞留増加速度の基準値)との差に依存する。【選択図】図1
