Summary:To provide a method for manufacturing a thermally fusible mixed yarn, which can obtain, by a simple process, a fiber structure such as a string, a rope, and a net in which an inner layer of the mixed yarn develops hardening by heat treatment, and an outer layer (surface) thereof maintains an appropriate softness inherent in the yarn.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a thermally fusible mixed yarn, comprising: using a polymer (A) and a polymer (B) having a 50°C or much lower melting point than a melting point of the polymer (A); discharging the polymer (A) from a spinning hole group on an outer layer side of the same spinneret; discharging the polymer (B) from a spinning hole group on an inner layer side; and performing melt spinning to obtain a mixed yarn in which a fiber group of a single fiber (A)1 composed of the polymer (A) is arranged on the outer layer, and a fiber group of a single fiber (B)2 composed of the polymer (B) is arranged in the inner layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】熱処理することにより、混繊糸の内層が硬化を発現し、外層(表面)は繊維本来の適度な柔らかさを維持する紐やロープ、ネットなどの繊維構造体を、簡易な工程で得ることができる熱融着性混繊糸の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】重合体(A)と、重合体(A)の融点より50℃以上低い融点を有する重合体(B)を用い、同一の紡糸口金の外層側の紡糸孔群より重合体(A)を吐出させ、内層側の紡糸孔群より重合体(B)を吐出させ、重合体(A)からなる単繊維(A)1の繊維群が外層に、重合体(B)からなる単繊維(B)2の繊維群が内層に配された混繊糸となるように溶融紡糸を行うことを特徴とする熱融着性混繊糸の製造方法。【選択図】図1
