Summary: | To provide a production method of an inorganic organic composite medical science material capable of forming an inorganic material into a desired shape, and improving production efficiency of the inorganic organic composite medical science material.SOLUTION: A production method of a nano composite resin 1 is configured so that, after dispersing inorganic nano particles 23 into a liquid material 20 including a hydroxy group-containing photo-polymerizable monomer, a polyoxyalkylene group-containing photo-polymerizable monomer, and alcohol, then the hydroxy group-containing photo-polymerizable monomer and polyoxyalkylene group-containing photo-polymerizable monomer are subjected to photo polymerization, for preparing a particle dispersion 24 in which the inorganic nano particles 23 are dispersed in a polymer matrix 25. Then, the alcohol 27 is removed from the particle dispersion 24, then the particle dispersion 24 is burned, for forming an inorganic material 2 including a communication hole 22. An organic polymer 3 is filled in the communication hole 22, for producing a nano composite resin 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】無機物を所望の形状に形成できながら、無機−有機複合医科材料の製造効率の向上を図ることができる無機−有機複合医科材料の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ナノコンポジットレジン1の製造方法では、水酸基含有光重合性モノマーおよびポリオキシアルキレン基含有光重合性モノマーと、アルコール類とを含有する液材20に、無機ナノ粒子23を分散させた後、水酸基含有光重合性モノマーおよびポリオキシアルキレン基含有光重合性モノマーを光重合して、ポリマーマトリックス25に無機ナノ粒子23が分散する粒子分散体24を調製する。その後、粒子分散体24からアルコール類27を除去し、粒子分散体24を焼成して、連通孔22を有する無機物2を形成する。連通孔22に有機高分子3を充填して、ナノコンポジットレジン1を製造する。【選択図】図2 |
