Summary:To provide a medical information management device, a medical information management method, and a medical information management program for evaluating and displaying understanding of an image reading report by a referrer referring to the image reading report.SOLUTION: In a medical information processing system 1, a medical image management system 2 includes a determination function, a calculation function, an evaluation function, and a display function. The determination function determines a threshold about difficulty of an image reading report on the basis of image reading information about an image reading report. The calculation function calculates an index value based on a reference state of the image reading report by a referrer. The evaluation function evaluates the degree of understanding of the image reading report by the referrer by comparing the index value with the threshold.
