Summary:To provide a technology that enables efficient observation matched to topography by a simple operation in route setting or finished management cross section observation.SOLUTION: Provided is a survey method that uses a position acquisition device for acquiring the position coordinate of a worker and a portable terminal capable of communicating with the position acquisition device. The portable terminal sets the progression direction of observation and a first measurement point in three-dimensional design data, and causes the position acquisition device to acquire the position coordinate of the worker. The portable terminal guides the worker to the first measurement point, causes the position acquisition device to acquire the position coordinate of the worker at the first measurement point, sets the closest point from the first measurement point in the progression direction to a second measurement point, and thereafter repeats the positioning of the worker, setting of a next measurement point, and guiding to the next measurement point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】路線測設または管理断面出来形観測において、簡易な操作で、地形に合わせた効率的な観測を可能とする技術を提供する。【解決手段】作業者の位置座標を取得する位置取得装置と、位置取得装置と通信可能な携帯端末を用いる測量方法であって、携帯端末が、3次元設計データにおいて、観測の進行方向と第1の測定点とを設定し、位置取得装置に作業者の位置座標を取得させ、携帯端末が作業者を第1の測定点に誘導し、位置取得装置に第1の測定点における作業者の位置座標を取得させ、第1の測定点から進行方向に最も近い点を第2の測定点に設定し、その後、作業者の位置、次の測定点の設定、次の測定点への誘導を繰り返す。【選択図】図5
