If a suspected person applies a cream kneaded with his own deoxyribonucleic acid to a fingertip, etc. in advance, and if the cream is not detected from a part which is claimed to be a contact part by a victim, etc. when he is suspected of molester, then it is a proof that he does not contact the part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 満員電車内で生じた痴漢冤罪事件では、被疑者が反証を挙げることは難しく被疑者が不本意ながら逮捕され、起訴され、場合によっては有罪になることもあることもある。【解決手段】 本発明は、前述のような痴漢冤罪事件が生じることを防止せんとするもので、特定の人間のデオキシリボ核酸が混錬されているクリームである。被疑者が、予め自分のデオキシリボ核酸が混錬されているクリームを指先などに塗っておくと、痴漢の嫌疑を受けた際に、被害者等によって被接触部と主張されている部分から当該クリームが検出されなければ、接触していないことの挙証になる。【選択図】図１
