Abstract To solve the technical problem of developing a novel conveyance stabilizing mechanism in a pasteurizer that can prevent tooth skipping phenomenon more reliably under an extremely simple structure even if a net conveyor stretches due to the high temperature atmosphere, aging, the weight of an object to be processed of the pasteurizer.SOLUTION: In a conveyance stabilizing mechanism 7 of the present invention in the pasteurizer 1 including a conveyance device 2 and a nozzle device 3, a net conveyor 21 wound endlessly around a driving side sprocket 23 provided on the downstream side in a conveyance direction and a driven side sprocket 22 provided on the upstream side in the conveyance direction is applied to the conveyance device 2. Moreover, the driving side sprocket 23 is provided with teeth 23t for transmitting a rotation drive to the net conveyor 21.
