Summary:To solve the technical problem of developing a novel conveyance stabilizing mechanism in a pasteurizer that can prevent tooth skipping phenomenon more reliably under an extremely simple structure even if a net conveyor stretches due to the high temperature atmosphere, aging, the weight of an object to be processed of the pasteurizer.SOLUTION: In a conveyance stabilizing mechanism 7 of the present invention in the pasteurizer 1 including a conveyance device 2 and a nozzle device 3, a net conveyor 21 wound endlessly around a driving side sprocket 23 provided on the downstream side in a conveyance direction and a driven side sprocket 22 provided on the upstream side in the conveyance direction is applied to the conveyance device 2. Moreover, the driving side sprocket 23 is provided with teeth 23t for transmitting a rotation drive to the net conveyor 21. Further, a weight roller 71 is provided in the vicinity of the driving side sprocket 23, and the weight roller 71 is configured to apply tension from an inside to an outside and downward of the net conveyor 21 forming an endless shape by its own weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 パストライザの高温雰囲気、経年変化、処理対象物の重量等によってネットコンベヤが伸びても、極めてシンプルな構造の下に歯飛び現象を、より確実に防止できるようにした、パストライザにおける新規な搬送安定化機構の開発を技術課題とする。【解決手段】 本発明の搬送安定化機構7は、搬送装置2とノズル装置3とを具えたパストライザ1において、搬送装置2は、搬送方向下流側に設けた駆動側スプロケット23と、搬送方向上流側に設けた従動側スプロケット22とにエンドレス状に巻回されたネットコンベヤ21が適用され、且つ駆動側スプロケット23はネットコンベヤ21に回転駆動を伝達するための歯23tを具え、且つ駆動側スプロケット23の近傍には、ウェイトローラ71が設けられ、ウェイトローラ71の自重によってエンドレス状を成すネットコンベヤ21の内側から外側下方に向けてテンションを掛ける構成であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
