Summary:To provide a monitoring control system which can give improved quality of a measure at an unsteadiness time in a waterworks facility.SOLUTION: A monitoring control system according to an embodiment comprises a raw water quality prediction unit, a purified water quality prediction unit, an unsteadiness determination unit, and an information provision unit. The raw water quality prediction unit predicts water quality of raw water which flows into a waterworks facility on the basis of information on a region where the waterworks facility is placed or the like. The purified water quality prediction unit predicts water quality of purified water output from the waterworks facility on the basis of information on an apparatus of the waterworks facility and a prediction result in the raw water quality prediction unit. The unsteadiness determination unit determines between a steady state or an unsteady state on the basis of a prediction result of the purified water quality prediction unit. The information provision unit outputs a determination result of the unsteadiness determination unit to an output unit or another information processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】上水道設備において、非定常時における対応品質を向上させることができる 監視制御システムを提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態の監視制御システムは、原水水質予測部と、浄水水質予測部と、非定常判定部と、情報提供部と、を持つ。原水水質予測部は、上水道施設が設置されている地域等に関する情報に基づいて、前記上水道施設に流入する原水の水質を予測する。浄水水質予測部は、前記上水道施設の機器に関する情報と、前記原水水質予測部における予測結果と、に基づいて前記上水道施設から出力される浄水の水質を予測する。非定常判定部は、前記浄水水質予測部の予測結果に基づいて、定常状態なのか非定常状態なのか、について判定する。情報提供部は、前記非定常判定部の判定結果を出力部又は他の情報処理装置に出力する。【選択図】図3
