Summary:To solve the problem in which, in a winding process of a split core that constitutes a stator of a rotary electric machine, contact between an extended section of an insulating sheet and a conductor wire causes the insulating sheet to be rolled into a winding or the insulating sheet to be torn, so that insulation between a winding section and a stator iron core and adjacent winding sections cannot be secured.SOLUTION: The split core includes: a stator iron core having a tooth section extending in a radial direction from a core-back section that serves as an outer circumference of a stator; insulating sheets attached to both sides of the tooth section in a circumferential direction; and a winding section in which a conductor wire is wound around the tooth section with the insulating sheet in between. The insulating sheet has an extended section that wraps the winding section and has an inclination toward an axial end of the winding section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】回転電機の固定子を構成する分割コアの巻線工程において、絶縁シートの延長部と導体線との接触により、絶縁シートの巻線内への巻き込み、または絶縁シートの破れが発生し、巻線部と固定子鉄心および隣接する巻線部との絶縁を確保できないことがあった。【解決手段】分割コアは、固定子の外周となるコアバック部から径方向に伸びたティース部を有する固定子鉄心と、前記ティース部の周方向の両側面に装着された絶縁シートと、前記絶縁シートを挟んで前記ティース部の周りに導体線を巻回した巻線部と、を備え、前記絶縁シートには、前記巻線部を包むとともに、前記巻線部の軸方向の端部に向けて傾斜を有する延長部が設けられたものである。【選択図】 図6
