Summary: | To provide an identification apparatus that can provide a high sensitivity identification apparatus in which an imaging unit may not excessively limit an SNR of an effective output signal corresponding to a projected spectral image.SOLUTION: An identification apparatus comprises: an imaging unit that comprises a plurality of light collecting optical systems, a spectroscopic element which separates a plurality of pieces of light from the plurality of light collecting optical systems, and a plurality of light receiving elements which are arranged in a row direction and a column direction, and in which a plurality of spectroscopic spectra from the spectroscopic element are projected along the row direction; and an acquisition unit that acquires at least any spectroscopic information of a plurality of specimens on the basis of an output signal from the imaging unit. The identification apparatus comprises a sensitization processing unit that performs row direction binning processing which integrates output signals of the plurality of light receiving elements existing at different positions along the row direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
