Summary:To provide a laser type gas analyzer with which it is possible to analyze a gas concentration with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The laser type gas analyzer comprises: a light source unit for emitting a frequency-modulated laser beam; a light receiving element for receiving a laser beam propagated via a measurement object space in which the gas to be measured exists; and a signal processing circuit for detecting a gas absorption waveform from the output signal of the light receiving element and measuring the concentration of the gas to be measured. The signal processing circuit includes a filter for removing the modulating frequency component of the laser beam, and a correction unit for correcting the modulating frequency of the laser beam or the frequency characteristic of the filter so that the noise of the gas absorption waveform becomes small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高精度にガス濃度を分析できるレーザ式ガス分析計を提供する。【解決手段】レーザ式ガス分析計は、周波数変調されたレーザ光を出射する光源部と、測定対象ガスが存在する測定対象空間を介して伝播されたレーザ光を受光する受光素子と、受光素子の出力信号よりガス吸収波形を検出し、ガス吸収波形から測定対象ガスの濃度を測定する信号処理回路とを備え、信号処理回路は、レーザ光の変調周波数成分を除去するフィルタと、ガス吸収波形のノイズが小さくなるように、レーザ光の変調周波数またはフィルタの周波数特性を補正する補正部とを有する。【選択図】図1
