Summary:To provide a valve timing control device of an internal combustion engine which enables improvement in work efficiency of assembly of a power supply brush etc. to a brush holder.SOLUTION: A brush holder 29 includes: a guide part 33 folded into a square cylinder shape and having a first side wall part 35, a second side wall part 36, a third side wall part 37, and a fourth side wall part 38; and a lid part 34 provided integrally with one end part of the first side wall part 35. The guide part has a housing hole 33a that houses and holds a power supply brush 40 and a compression coil spring 41 therein from a first opening 33b. Meanwhile, the lid part 34 has: a lid body 34a which covers the first opening 33b; and a connection part 34b which connects the lid body with one end edge of the frist side wall part.
