In the method, the raising temperature of the wood to 800°C enables the charcoal to be produced so that the charcoal has an apparent specific gravity of 0.55 g/cm3 or more, the raising temperature of the wood to 1000°C enables the charcoal to be produced so that the charcoal has the apparent specific gravity of 0.48 g/cm3 or more, and the raising temperature of the wood to 1100°C enables the charcoal to be produced so that the charcoal has the apparent specific gravity of 0.45 g/cm3 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 木炭の強度を向上させることができる木炭の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 木材にタール蒸気を供給しながら、木材を700℃以上1200℃以下の温度まで昇温して炭化させる。ここで、木材を800℃まで昇温し、見かけ比重が0.55g/cm3以上の木炭を製造することができる。また、木材を1000℃まで昇温し、見かけ比重が0.48g/cm3以上の木炭を製造することができる。さらに、木材を1100℃まで昇温し、見かけ比重が0.45g/cm3以上の木炭を製造することができる。【選択図】 図6 |
