【課題】本発明の目的は、ブリモニジン及び/又はその塩と、ブリンゾラミド及び/又はその塩と、カルボキシビニルポリマーとを含む水性懸濁剤の製造技術を提供することである。【解決手段】ブリモニジン及び/又はその塩と、ブリンゾラミド及び/又はその塩と、カルボキシビニルポリマーを含む水性懸濁剤において、当該カルボキシビニルポリマーとして、明細書に示す条件で測定される対塩粘度維持率が18%以下のものを選択することにより、水性懸濁剤における懸濁粒子(ブリンゾラミド及び/又はその塩)の粒子径の経時的な増大を抑制できる。【選択図】なし |
