In an assembled state, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 face each other, the third panel 13 and the fourth panel 14 face each other, the fifth panel 15 and a sixth panel face each other.The first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are sandwiched by the third panel 13 and the fourth panel 14, respectively, the fifth panel 15 and the sixth panel are foldably connected to any one of the panels 11 to 14, respectively.
