To provide a thickening support system, a method for generating food and drink with thickness, a program, and a stirring bar for facilitating implementation of desired thickening.SOLUTION: A thickening support system 10 is used for thickening food and drink by stirring a stirring target including the food and drink and thickness adjustment food. The thickening support system 10 comprises an acquisition unit 11, a determination unit 12, and an output unit 13. The acquisition unit 11 acquires acquisition information D3 on the stirring target X3 before stirring. The determination unit 12, on the basis of the acquisition information D3, determines instruction information D5 for instructing work of thickening the food and drink X1.
