To provide a penetration test monitoring system and penetration test monitoring server.SOLUTION: A penetration test monitoring system includes: an attacking host for performing a hacking practice for a target website; a monitoring server that is connected to the target website and the attacking host and has a virtual platform and analysis platform; and a monitoring host that is connected to the monitoring server and the attacking host for monitoring the attacking host. The virtual platform gives the attacking host a virtual account for performing the hacking practice for the target website via the virtual platform after login, and the analysis platform is connected to the virtual platform to record the hacking practice performed by the attacking host.
