Summary:To provide a noise reduction device capable of enhancing a noise reduction effect and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A noise reduction device includes: a duct having a flow channel for causing air to flow inside; a first detection device provided in the duct to detect a first sound wave propagating in the flow channel; and an output device for interfering with the first sound wave detected by the first detection device to output a second sound wave to reduce the first sound wave. The duct includes: a first opening part and a second opening part; a first recessed part provided at a position deviated from the flow channel with the first detection device arranged inside; and a first slit for causing the inside of the first recessed part to communicate with the flow channel. One opening part of the first opening part and the second opening part is an introduction port for introducing air into the duct, and the other opening part is an exhaust port for exhausting the air introduced into the duct.
