Summary: | To provide a curable composition containing a photochromic compound reduced in temperature dependence while retaining conventionally requested high photochromic characteristics.SOLUTION: A photochromic curable composition contains (A) a photochromic compound and (B) a polymerizable monomer. A photochromic optical product having a high color development concentration even at a high temperature in a summer season, and reduced in temperature dependence can be provided by the photochromic curable compound in which a difference between a molar absorption coefficient of a ring-opening body (after stabilization of a color development state) of the photochromic compound in 350-400 nm measured at 23°C in a toluene solution, and a molar absorption coefficient of a ring-closing body (decoloring body) is 85 (l/(mmol cm) or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来から要求される高度なフォトクロミック特性を維持しつつ、かつ温度依存性を小さくしたフォトクロミック化合物を含む硬化性組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】(A)フォトクロミック化合物と(B)重合性単量体とを含んでなるフォトクロミック硬化性組成物であって、該フォトクロミック化合物の、トルエン溶液中、23℃で測定した、350〜400nmにおける開環体(発色状態安定化後)のモル吸光係数と閉環体(消色体)のモル吸光係数の差が85(l/(mmol・cm))以上であるフォトクロミック硬化性組成物により、夏場のような高温下においても、高い発色濃度を有する温度依存性の小さくしたフォトクロミック光学物品を提供することができる。【選択図】図1 |
