Summary:To provide an Ni-based alloy flux-cored wire excellent in welding workability in a vertical position, hot crack resistance and capable of reducing burn-in of a slag and occurrence of a pit on the surface of bead.SOLUTION: An Ni-based alloy flux-cored wire comprises filling an envelope consisting of Ni-based alloy with a flux and includes respective prescribed amounts per total wire mass of Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, W and Fe. The flux includes in mass% per total wire mass, 5.40-10.00% of TiO2, 0.40-3.00% of SiO2 conversion value of metallic Si and Si oxide, 2.70% or less of ZrO2 conversion value of metallic Zr and Zr oxide, 0.05-1.20% of Al2O3, less than 0.80% of MnO2, and 0.01% or less of Bi2O3, and ([TiO2]+[ZrO2])/([SiO2]+[Al2O3]) is 25.00 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】立向姿勢での溶接作業性、耐高温割れ性が優れ、スラグの焼付き及びビード表面のピットの発生を低減できるNi基合金フラックス入りワイヤを得る。【解決手段】Ni基合金からなる外皮にフラックスを充填してなるNi基合金フラックス入りワイヤは、ワイヤ全質量あたり、Mn、Ni、Cr、Mo、W、及びFeをそれぞれ所定量で含有し、フラックスは、ワイヤ全質量あたり、TiO2:5.40質量%以上10.00質量%以下、金属Si及びSi酸化物のSiO2換算値:0.40質量%以上3.00質量%以下、金属Zr及びZr酸化物のZrO2換算値:2.70質量%以下、Al2O3:0.05質量%以上1.20質量%以下、を含有し、MnO2:0.80質量%未満、Bi2O3:0.01質量%以下、であり、([TiO2]+[ZrO2])/([SiO2]+[Al2O3]):25.00以下である。【選択図】なし
