The light source 20 outputs irradiation light radiated to an object portion. The control part 30 controls the output of the light source 20, the on-duty ratio of the light source 20, and lighting frequency of the light source 20. The peak wavelength of the light source 20 is included in the range of 600nm-980nm. The spectral half-value width of the light source 20 is included in the range of 20nm-80nm. The output of the light source 20 is included in the range of 30 mW/cm2-100 mW/cm2. The on-duty ratio of the light source 20 is included in the range of 20%-80%.
