Summary: | To transmit motive power from a motor to a driving wheel via a planetary gear device with one rotation element thereof fixed on a fixing member.SOLUTION: A transfer 12 includes a motor 30, a first planetary gear device 24, a second planetary gear device 25 and a connection switching device 40. The transfer 12 is switched between a first mode in which the connection switching device 40 is in an undistributed state with an input shaft 21 directly connected with a rear wheel side output shaft 22, a second mode in which respective rotation elements of the second planetary gear device 25 are connected with the motor 30, the rear wheel side output shaft 22 and a front wheel side output shaft 23 with the input shaft 21 directly connected to the rear wheel side output shaft 22, and a third mode in which the connection switching device 40 is in distributed state with the input shaft 21 connected to a first sun gear S1 of the first planetary gear device 24, the first planetary gear device 24 is in a shift state, and the second planetary gear device 25 is in an integrally rotating state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
