Summary:To ensure both pedestrian protection performance which is exerted through deformation of a bracket, which links an engine hood with a fender, occurring when a pedestrian collides with an area around a border between the engine hood and fender, and fender support rigidity against a small load to be inputted by pushing the fender down with a hand.SOLUTION: A bracket 10 is included to couple an apron reinforcement 5 located below an engine hood 3 to an upper part of a fender 4 disposed outside in a vehicle width direction of the engine hood 3. The bracket 10 includes a fender fixture 11 to be fixed to a flange 4ub included in an upper end 4u of the fender 4, a body 12 extended below from the fender fixture 11 and located outside in the vehicle width direction of the apron reinforcement 5, and an apron reinforcement fixture 13 that is extended from inside in the vehicle width direction of the body 12 toward the apron reinforcement 5 and fixed to the apron reinforcement 5. The body 12 has a bend 15 that bends toward outside in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】歩行者がボンネットとフェンダーの境界周辺に衝突した際のボンネットとフェンダーとを連結するブラケットの変形による歩行者保護性能と、フェンダーの下方への手押し等により入力される小荷重に対するフェンダー支持剛性とを両立すること。【解決手段】ボンネット3の下方に設けられたエプロンレイン5と、ボンネット3の車幅方向外側に設けられたフェンダー4の上部と、を連結するブラケット10とを備え、ブラケット10は、フェンダー4の上端部4uに有するフランジ部4ubに固定されるフェンダー固定部11と、フェンダー固定部11から下方に延びエプロンレイン5の車幅方向外側に位置する本体部12と、本体部12の車幅方向内側からエプロンレイン5の側へ延びエプロンレイン5に固定されるエプロンレイン固定部13とを備え、本体部12は車幅方向外側に向けて湾曲する湾曲部15を備えたものである。【選択図】図1
