Summary:To provide a valve gate system having a simple structure and causing no enlargement of a mold device.SOLUTION: A valve gate system 30 comprises a gate member 31 formed with a molding material passage 32 for circulating a molten resin molding material and a valve pin 37 for opening/closing the downstream edge of the molding material passage 32. The valve gate system 30 comprises a servo motor 33, a cam operational shaft 34 having an engagement part 34a projecting axially outwards, connected to the rotary shaft 33a of the servo motor 33 and rotating around the shaft, a cam member 35 having a spiral cam groove 35a engaged with the engagement part 34a of the cam operational shaft 34 at the circumferential wall part, arranged in a state where a cylindrical shaft lies on the elongation of the central shaft of the valve pin 37, connected with the valve pin 37 and moving in a cylindrical shaft direction in accordance with the rotation of the cam operational shaft 34 and a housing 36 storing the cam operational shaft 34 and the cam member 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】構成が簡単で、金型装置を大型化することのないバルブゲートシステムを得る。【解決手段】溶融樹脂成形材料を流通させる成形材料通路32が形成されたゲート部材31と、成形材料通路32の下流端を開閉するバルブピン37とを有するバルブゲートシステム30において、サーボモータ33と、軸の径外方に突出した係合部34aを有し、サーボモータ33の回転軸33aに連結して軸周りに回転するカム操作軸34と、カム操作軸34の係合部34aと係合する螺旋形状のカム溝35aを周壁部に有し、バルブピン37の中心軸の延長上に筒軸が有る状態に配置されて該バルブピン37と連結され、カム操作軸34の回転に伴って筒軸方向に移動するカム部材35と、カム操作軸34およびカム部材35を収容するハウジング36とを設ける。【選択図】図3
