To provide a control system and an illumination system capable of easily setting a light supplementation condition according to a state and a life style of a user.SOLUTION: A control system 20 includes: a determination unit 22a for acquiring user information on a body of a user measured by a measuring device 21, and on the basis of the acquired user information, determining a state of the user; a setting unit 22b for setting a light supplementation condition on the basis of a result of the determination by the determination unit 22a; and a control unit 23 for controlling a light emitted by an illumination device 30 on the basis of the light supplementation condition.
