Summary:To provide an assembly method of an electric actuator and an assembly device of the electric actuator that can improve assembly performance.SOLUTION: An assembly method of an electric actuator includes: a first assembly step of making a second bearing 44b of a rotor assembly 40b hold a second bearing holding part 14a and assembling it to a second housing member 14; an attaching step of attaching an extension member 340 to the other side of a motor shaft 41 in a predetermined direction; and a second assembling step of assembling a first housing member 12 with a stator 43 fixed thereto the second housing member. In the second assembling step, the extension member has been attached to the motor shaft.
