To reduce the influence of false detection of communication success, in a network where ACK frame which does not include terminal-specific identification information is used.SOLUTION: A communication unit 110 transmits a data frame including frame identification information to a communication device on the other end, and receives, from the communication device, an ACK frame indicating that the data frame has been transmitted to the communication device successfully. A determination unit 111 determines whether the success of transmission of the data frame is true or not on the basis of the received ACK frame. When a result of the determination unit is false, a setting unit 112 sets new frame identification information different from the above frame identification information to the data frame.
