Summary: | To provide a laser type gas analyzer which accurately removes periodic noise caused by optical interference.SOLUTION: A laser gas analyzer using wavelength modulation spectroscopy for measuring the concentration of a measurement target gas existing in a measurement object space includes: a laser element; a light receiving element; a detection part; and a light reception signal processing part. The light reception signal processing section includes: a deletion waveform generation part; a noise waveform generation part; a correction detection waveform generation part; and a density measurement part. The noise waveform generation part includes the steps of: calculating an amplitude estimation value and a frequency estimation value based on a deletion waveform; limiting a coefficient search range of amplitude based on the amplitude estimation value; and limiting the coefficient search range of the frequency based on the frequency estimation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】光学干渉に起因する周期的なノイズを精度よく除去するレーザ式ガス分析計を提供する。【解決手段】測定対象空間に存在する測定対象ガスの濃度を測定する波長変調分光法によるレーザ式ガス分析計は、レーザ素子と、受光素子と、検出部と、受光信号処理部とを備え、受光信号処理部は、削除波形生成部と、ノイズ波形生成部と、補正検出波形生成部と、濃度測定部とを有し、ノイズ波形生成部は、削除波形に基づいて振幅推定値および周波数推定値を算出し、振幅推定値に基づいて振幅の係数探索範囲を限定し、周波数推定値に基づいて周波数の係数探索範囲を限定する。【選択図】図1 |
