Summary:To provide a biological sample analysis method with which it is possible to analyze exosome inclusions and measure the number of pieces of exosome with one biological sample.SOLUTION: An exosome to which a first and a second bead are bound is recovered from a buffer solution that includes the exosome to which the first and second beads are bound. A first antibody that specifically binds to a first antigen associated with a first disease is fixed to the surface of the first bead. A second antibody that specifically binds to a second antigen associated with a second disease is fixed to the surface of the second bead. The first bead is separated from the exosome, and the exosome to which the second bead is bound is recovered. The exosome to which the second bead is bound is dissolved and the second bead and exosome inclusions are recovered (S19 to S20).
