Summary: | To avoid abnormal pressure or breakage of a compressor by varying an opening degree of an electronic expansion valve at the time of a cooling operation according to a cooling load.SOLUTION: A cooling device comprises a valve opening control part 23 for cooling a storage 10 to a desired temperature condition by adjusting an opening degree of an electronic expansion valve 12 so that an inside temperature of the storage 10 approaches to a preset target temperature, and adjusting a flow rate of a refrigerant to an evaporator 13 arranged in the storage 10 in the case of a normal operation, and for stopping supply of the refrigerant to the evaporator 13 by closing the electronic expansion valve 12 in the case of a defrosting operation after the normal operation. The valve opening control part 23 adjusts the opening degree by setting the opening degree of the electron expansion valve 12 from a temperature of outside air, in which a compressor 15 for sucking the refrigerant from the evaporator 13 and compressing it is provided, and valve opening setting information 24b in the case of a cooling operation after the defrosting operation until the next normal operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】冷却運転時における電子膨張弁の開度を冷却負荷に応じて変動させることにより、圧縮機の圧力異常や破損を回避すること。【解決手段】通常運転の場合には、収容庫10の内部温度が予め設定された目標温度に近づくよう電子膨張弁12の開度を調整し、収容庫10に配設された蒸発器13に対する冷媒の流量を調節することにより収容庫10を所望の温度状態に冷却する一方、通常運転の後の除霜運転の場合には、電子膨張弁12を閉にして蒸発器13に対する冷媒の供給を停止する弁開度制御部23を備えた冷却装置であって、弁開度制御部23は、除霜運転の後から次の通常運転に移行するまでの間の冷却運転の場合には、蒸発器13から冷媒を吸引して圧縮する圧縮機15が設置された外気の温度と弁開度設定情報24bとから電子膨張弁12の開度を設定して該開度に調整する。【選択図】図1 |
