To provide a fibrous material processing device with an excellent water use efficiency.SOLUTION: A fibrous material processing device includes: a processing unit that processes a material containing fiber; and a humidifying device including humidifiers that moisturize the material being processed by the processing unit, a tank which is located in a position different from the ones of the humidifiers and stores a liquid for moisturization, and a first liquid sending unit with which the liquid is sent between the humidifiers and the tank.
