Summary:To provide a novel fluorescent dye.SOLUTION: Regarding a fluorescent dye which has such a backbone that an oxygen atom in a xanthene ring in a base backbone of a rhodamine compound is substituted by a silicon atom, a spiro-ring structure having an Si atom as a spiro atom is imparted, obtaining a novel fluorescent dye even applicable to super-resolution microscopy, so that the foregoing problem is solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】新規な蛍光色素を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ローダミン類の基本骨格におけるキサンテン環の酸素原子がケイ素原子に置換された骨格を有する蛍光色素において、ケイ素原子をスピロ原子とするスピロ環構造を付与することにより、超解像顕微鏡法にも利用可能な新規な蛍光色素を得て、上記の課題を解決した。【選択図】図1
