Summary:To provide a vehicle body side part structure that reduces the application amount of adhesive for bonding flanges of members constituting a side sill and improves bonding strength.SOLUTION: Portions of a first flange (38) of a side sill stiffener 34 and a second flange (52) of a side sill inner 30, which constitute a side sill 12 are welded portions (42, 62) to be bonded by welding. Also, the first flange or the second flange is continuously formed via a folding portion 60 with the welded portion and is provided with an inclined portion 46 inclined in a direction away from one side of the residual portion of the second flange or the first flange as separating from the welded portion. The inclined portion 46 is bonded with an adhesive 64 to an inclined opposed portion 44 opposed to the inclined portion 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】車体側部構造において、サイドシルを構成する部材のフランジ同士を接合する接着剤の塗布量の低減を図りつつ、接合強度の向上を図る。【解決手段】サイドシル12を構成するサイドシルスチフナ34の第1フランジ(38)、サイドシルインナ30の第2フランジ(52)の一部は、溶接によって互いに接合される溶接部(42、62)である。また、第1フランジ又は第2フランジは、折曲部60を介して溶接部に連なり、且つ該溶接部から離間するにつれて第2フランジ又は第1フランジの残余の一方から離間する方向に傾斜した傾斜部46を有する。傾斜部46は、該傾斜部46に対向する傾斜部対向部44に対し、接着剤64を介して接合される。【選択図】図2
