Summary:To manufacture easily a resin molded product having good characteristics.SOLUTION: In an injection molding apparatus having a cylinder 11, a screw S deployed in the cylinder 11, and a drive unit 17 for controlling rotation, advancement, and retreat of the screw S, the cylinder 11 has a supply port 13h located upstream and supplied with a resin material, and a split cylinder part 11B located downstream from the supply port 13h, the split cylinder part 11B is selected from a plurality of split cylinder parts having a filler supply port 15h and provided with holes at different positions or different sizes. By preparing the plurality of split cylinder parts 11B in this way, a degree of freedom in setting a size and position of the filler supply port 15h is increased, and an appropriate filler supply port can be selected according to the resin material, a filler material, and a combination thereof. Thereby, for example, a resin molded product having good characteristics such as good dispersibility of the filler can be produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】特性の良好な樹脂成形体を容易に製造する。【解決手段】シリンダ11と、シリンダ11内に配備されたスクリュSと、スクリュSの回転、前進および後退を制御する駆動部17と、を有する射出成形装置において、シリンダ11は、上流に位置し樹脂材料が供給される供給口13hと、供給口13hより下流に位置する分割シリンダ部11Bを有し、この分割シリンダ部11Bは、フィラーの供給口15hを有し、そして、異なる位置または異なる大きさの孔が設けられた複数の分割シリンダ部から選択されたものである。このように、分割シリンダ部11Bを複数準備しておくことで、フィラーの供給口15hの大きさや位置の設定の自由度が高まり、樹脂材料、フィラー材料、これらの組み合わせに応じた、適切なフィラーの供給口を選択することができる。これにより、例えば、フィラーの分散性が良好となるなど、特性の良好な樹脂成形体を製造することができる。【選択図】図1
