Summary:To provide a positioning device for process machine which can easily position the center of a processing object member on the center of a rotary table with high accuracy with a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: An upper rotary table for fixing a processing object member W is attached in a relatively displaceable manner to a lower rotary table 12. Two pushing mechanisms 16U, 16L for relatively displacing the upper rotary table with respect to the lower rotary table 12 are point-symmetrically arranged with respect to a lower rotary table center C2. Each coordinate for any three points P1, P2, P3 of the outer periphery of the processing object member W is acquired by a probe 18a, an eccentric distance L between the lower rotary table center C2 and a processing object member center CW and a deflection angle θ of a symmetric axis SL with a virtual center axis CL of the two pushing mechanisms 16U, 16L as a reference are calculated. The lower rotary table 12 is rotated by θ by a spindle 13a and the upper rotary table 11 is relatively moved on the lower rotary table by L by the two pushing mechanisms 16U, 16L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】簡易な機構で精度良く被加工部材の中心を回転テーブルの中心に容易に位置決めすることが可能な加工機用位置決め装置を提供する。【解決手段】被加工部材Wを固定する上回転テーブルを下回転テーブル12に対し相対変位可能に取り付ける。上回転テーブルを下回転テーブル12に対し相対変位させる2台の押込み機構16U,16Lを下回転テーブル中心C2に対し点対称に配置する。プローブ18aによって被加工部材Wの外周の任意の3点P1,P2,P3についての各座標を取得し、下回転テーブル中心C2と被加工部材中心CWとの間の偏心距離Lと、2台の押込み機構16U,16Lの仮想中心軸CLを基準とした対称軸SLの偏角θをそれぞれ算出する。スピンドル13aによって下回転テーブル12をθだけ回転させ、2台の押込み機構16U,16LによってLだけ上回転テーブル11を下回転テーブル上を相対移動させる。【選択図】図6
