Summary:To provide a polyester-based resin composition and a component for a vehicle lighting body which are excellent in surface quality and appearance, and appearance in vapor deposition while maintaining high mechanical strength, and prevents gas generation in molding while exhibiting high thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: A polyester-based resin composition contains, with respect to 100 pts.mass of a thermoplastic polyester resin (A), 0.01-10 pts.mass of one or more inorganic fillers (B) selected from calcium carbonate, talc and kaolin having an average particle diameter of 2 μm or less, 0.01-10 pts.mass of alumina (C) having an average particle diameter of 8 μm or less and an aspect ratio of 1.5 or less, and 1-20 pts.mass of an acrylonitrile-styrenic copolymer (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高い機械的強度を維持しながら、表面性状や外観、蒸着した際の外観にも優れ、かつ、高い熱伝導率を発現させつつ、成形時にガス発生のないポリエステル系樹脂組成物及び車両灯体用部品を提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性ポリエステル樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、平均粒子径が2μm以下の炭酸カルシウム、タルク、カオリンから選ばれる1種以上の無機フィラー(B)を0.01〜10質量部、平均粒子径が8μm以下、アスペクト比が1.5以下のアルミナ(C)を0.01〜10質量部、アクリロニトリル−スチレン系共重合体(D)を1〜20質量部含有することを特徴とするポリエステル系樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
