To provide aerosol type cosmetics for hair dye or decolorization which can keep equal amounts of first and second agents to be discharged from a separately filled and simultaneously pressured and discharged double structure container from the beginning to the end and over time.SOLUTION: An aerosol type cosmetic for hair dye or decolorization comprises an outer container containing a first inner container filled with a first agent containing an alkaline agent and a second inner container filled with a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide, the space between the outer container and each inner container being filled with a propellant with an internal pressure of 0.2 to 0.8 MPa, the first and second inner container being formed by laminating multilayered sheet materials whose innermost layer is a polyolefin resin layer and flexural rigidity is 0.15 to 3.0 gf cm2/cm, wherein (the flexural rigidity of the sheet material of the first inner container)/(the flexural rigidity of the sheet material of the second inner container)=0.3 to 5, (the viscosity of the first agent)/(the viscosity of the second agent)=0.5 to 1.5, and (the mass of the second agent)/(the mass of the first agent)=0.8 or more to less than 1.2.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】分離充填・同一加圧吐出型の二重構造容器による第１剤と第２剤の吐出量を最初から最後まで、かつ経時的に等量に維持できるエアゾール型染毛用又は毛髪脱色用化粧品の提供。【解決手段】アルカリ剤を含有する第１剤が充填された第１内容器と過酸化水素を含有する第２剤が充填された第２内容器とを収納する外容器を備え、外容器と各内容器との間の空間に内圧0.2〜0.8MPaの噴射剤が充填され、第１及び第２内容器が、最内層がポリオレフィン樹脂層である曲げ剛性0.15〜3.0gf・cm2/cmの多層シート材を貼り合わせて形成され、（第１内容器のシート材の曲げ剛性）／（第２内容器のシート材の曲げ剛性）＝0.3〜５、（第１剤の粘度）／（第２剤の粘度）＝0.5〜1.5、（第２剤の質量）／（第１剤の質量）＝0.8以上1.2未満である、エアゾール型染毛用又は毛髪脱色用化粧品。【選択図】なし
