Summary:To present useful information to support knowledge creation based on past correspondence information.SOLUTION: An information presentation program groups multiple pieces of correspondence information by similarity, in which contents of response to an event that occurs is recorded, calculates priority for each group, calculates creditability for each correspondence information, and outputs presentation information including the priority for each group and the creditability for each correspondence information. The presentation information becomes useful information when selecting a group that prioritizes the creation of knowledge and when selecting the correspondence information that must be knowledge in that group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】過去の対応情報に基づくナレッジの作成を支援する有用な情報を提示する。【解決手段】発生した事象に対する対応の内容が記録された複数の対応情報を類似度でグループ化し、各グループについて優先度を算出し、各対応情報について信用度を算出し、各グループの優先度及び各対応情報の信用度を含む提示情報を出力する。提示情報は、ナレッジの作成を優先すべきグループの選定、及びそのグループの中でナレッジとすべき対応情報の選定の際に有用な情報となる。【選択図】図８
