Summary:To provide a photosensitive resin composition from which a cured film with a small amount of generated gas can be formed, a cured film and a bank for segmenting a light-emitting layer in an organic EL element both of which are formed by using the above photosensitive resin composition, a substrate for an organic EL element and an organic EL element including the above bank, and to also provide production methods of the cured film and the bank for segmenting a light-emitting layer in an organic EL element, using the above photosensitive resin composition, and a method for manufacturing an organic EL element using the substrate for an organic EL element including the bank.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises an alkali-soluble resin (A), a photopolymerizable monomer (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), and a polyfunctional crosslinking compound (D) having a plurality of epoxy groups or oxetanyl groups in one molecule, in which a resin having a cardo skeleton is included in the alkali-soluble resin (A), and a compound having an epoxy equivalent or an oxetanyl equivalent of 50 to 350 g/eq is used as the polyfunctional crosslinking compound (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】発生ガス量の少ない硬化膜を形成可能な感光性樹脂組成物と、前述の感光性樹脂組成物用いて形成される硬化膜及び有機EL素子における発光層の区画用のバンクと、前述のバンクを備える有機EL素子用の基板及び有機EL素子と、前述の感光性樹脂組成物を用いる硬化膜及び有機EL素子における発光層の区画用のバンクの製造方法と、前述のバンクを備える有機EL素子用の基板を用いる有機EL素子の製造方法とを提供すること。【解決手段】アルカリ可溶性樹脂(A)と、光重合性モノマー(B)と、光重合開始剤(C)と、1分子中に複数個のエポキシ基又はオキセタニル基を備える多官能架橋性化合物(D)とを含む感光性樹脂組成物において、アルカリ可溶性樹脂(A)にカルド骨格を有する樹脂を含有させ、多官能架橋性化合物(D)としてエポキシ当量又はオキセタニル当量が50〜350g/eqである化合物を用いる。【選択図】なし
