Summary: | To provide a disinfectant gasifier capable of stably forming gas including peroxide for disinfecting a packaging material at a high concentration for a long time by cleaning a heating element for gasifying a disinfectant without disassembling the disinfectant gasifier to prevent a stabilizer from being deposited, and a method for cleaning the same.SOLUTION: A disinfectant gasifier 1 for gasifying a disinfectant includes a cleaning unit 14 for cleaning a heating surface 9 for evaporating the disinfectant. The cleaning unit includes: a cleaning liquid spraying device 18 for spraying a liquid 15 for cleaning on the heating surface; at least one of a heating body current output value monitoring device for monitoring the current output value of a heating body and a peroxide gas concentration measurement instrument in a jet 13 of the disinfectant gasifier; and a controller for reflecting at least one of an electric power output value and a peroxide gas concentration on parameters for cleaning being the spray time of the liquid for cleaning and the temperature of the heating body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】殺菌剤ガス化装置を分解することなく、殺菌剤をガス化させる発熱体を洗浄し、安定剤の堆積を防止することにより、包装材料を殺菌するための過酸化水素を高濃度で含有するガスを長期間安定的に生成する、殺菌剤ガス化装置及びその洗浄方法を提供する。【解決手段】殺菌剤をガス化させる殺菌剤ガス化装置1であって、殺菌剤を気化させる加熱面9を洗浄する洗浄装置14が設けられ、洗浄装置は洗浄用液体15を加熱面に吹き付ける洗浄用液体吹き付け装置18を備え、加熱体の電流出力値をモニタリングする加熱体電流出力値モニタリング装置、又は殺菌剤のガス化装置の吹き出し口13に過酸化水素ガス濃度測定器の少なくともいずれか一方を備え、電力出力値又は過酸化水素ガス濃度の少なくともいずれか一方を洗浄用液体の吹き付け時間及び加熱体の温度である洗浄用パラメータに反映させるコントローラを備える。【選択図】図3 |
